Baby on the way for Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner

Ivanka Trump, the 29-year-old daughter of Donald Trump — who married New York Observer owner Jared Kushner in October 2009 — has announced she’s pregnant with her first child.

“I have been wanting to share some amazing news with you all for some time… I’m pregnant!” she wrote on her Twitter account Friday.

“Jared Kushner and I couldn’t be more excited.”

Adds Donald, “I am very happy for Ivanka and Jared. They are wonderful young people!”

“She’s due this summer,” a source said.

Back in 2009, Invanka said she was too focused on her work to become a mom.

“When our time to have a family comes around, I know I will compromise,” she said. “I am not there yet!”
