Jessica Simpson left a huge tip

The singer/actress and reality TV star — who’s engaged to boyfriend Eric Jonhson — left a huge tip during a recent evening out at Lavo restaurant.

Simpson — who was accompanied by her assistant, her mom and two other friends — ordered Macallan 18-year-old single-malt Scotch on the rocks, which she paired with fried Oreos and veal parmigiano, according to the New York Daily News newspaper.

She left $300 tip on a $500 check, along with some positive reinforcement for her waitress, “you were amazing and make this world a better place Love Jess.”

Recent reports claimed Jess’ dad, Joe Simpson — who’s also her manager — had infuriated his superstar daughter for making her fiance sign a prenuptial agreement.

“Jess thinks a prenuptial agreement is unromantic and a bad omen. She doesn’t want to make Eric sign one – but her dad IS adamant,” an insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“Her father won’t back down. To make matters worse, Eric’s ego is bruised because he feels like Jessica’s family sees him as a user.”
