Ellen goes behind the scenes of Greyson Chance’s first music video

Greyson Chance debuted his single ‘Waiting Outside the Lines’ on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ in October, and now he’s filmed a music video to match.

“They’re screaming my name!” an ecstatic Greyson tells the camera in a behind-the-scenes clip showing the video’s production. Chance is shown playing at his personally-designed piano (black and white keys reversed!) and getting soaked in the rain for a big finish.

“The song is really close to my heart,” Greyson told Ellen recently. In the tune, the 13-year-old prodigy sings, “You’ll never enjoy your life / Livin’ inside the box / You’re so afraid of taking chances / How you gonna reach the top?”
