Padma Lakshmi running flights of stairs to lose baby weight!
Padma Lakshmi has revealed how she’s managed to shed her post-pregnancy pounds! The Top Chef host — who welcomed her first child in February — has managed to get back into shape by running up and down 70 flights of stairs.
“I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs,” she told the PopEater website.
“Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home.”
Padma says her daughter, Krishna, is “great. She’s crawling.”
And her plans for Halloween? “I’m going to dress up, but I haven’t figured out what I’m going to wear,” she said.
