Paris Hilton plans to quit the party scene

Paris Hilton wants a quiet life! The hotel heiress — who on Monday was sentenced to a year’s probation after pleading guilty to two misdemeanors — has told friends she’s quitting the Hollywood party scene.

“I’m taking this whole ordeal as a wake up call,” Paris said, according to TMZ.

Hilton also said she’s using this experience to “finally grow up and become a responsible adult” and wants to spend time volunteering at animal shelters and focusing on her business empire.
