Kelsey Grammer lost interest in his marriage

Kelsey Grammer’s wife filed for divorce because the actor lost interest in their marriage, according to a new report. Camille Donatacci, whom the Frasier star wed in 1997,  filed the divorce petition Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to TMZ, the marriage started crumbling when Kelsey moved to New York earlier this year to star in La Cage Aux Folles on Broadway.

Camille stayed with their two kids in L.A. and flew back and forth to visit him.

“But,” said one insider, “it became apparent Kelsey loved New York, his friends and his freedom more than his marriage.

“She doesn’t know what Kelsey is doing in New York, but he’s made it pretty clear he wants nothing to do with marriage anymore.

“She didn’t see it coming.”

Camille, who is a member of the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children as well as spousal and child support.
