Alexandra Burke shoots video in LA

Alexandra Burke has revealed that she is “so excited” for fans to see the music video for her new single ‘Don’t Let Me Start Without You’.

The singer, who filmed the video in LA with rapper Laza, tweeted pictures of herself on set wearing denim hotpants and riding on the back of an LAPD police officer’s motorcyle.

Her official website reports that over 150 extras were used in the video, forcing streets to be closed off while they filmed scenes of street dancing.

In a series of posts on Twitter, Burke wrote: “Wow, its boiling down here today!!! Can’t wait4 u guys2 see this video!! I’m having so much fun!

“Shooting my video with my boy [Laza]!! Watch this space for him people ! He’s gonna bloow up!!!!”

Responding to news that the song had leaked on to the internet weeks ahead of its release, she told the Daily Star: “The single leaked online way before I was ready to put it out. I was annoyed at first but it created a lot of hype.”

‘Don’t Let Me Start Without You’ will be released in August.
