Pixie Lott happy with body

Pixie Lott doesn’t “feel pressured to be skinny”. The 19-year-old singer – who recently launched her own clothing range for British high street store Lipsy – says she doesn’t worry about her weight despite being famous as she has age on her side.

She said: “When you’re young you can eat what you want, or that’s what I’m hoping.”

However, the ‘Turn It Up’ star says it’s tough avoiding unflattering paparazzi pictures.

She explained: “It’s really annoying, because you have to watch when you get out of the car.”

Despite her tender years, Pixie has won acclaim for her fashion style and recently revealed she loves wearing vintage clothes and likes to vary her look.

She said: “My style really depends on my mood. Sometimes I’m a bit hippy with headbands and flowers, and sometimes I’m a bit indie. And I love hunting around for vintage clothes.”

But she admitted her life sounds more glamorous than it really is and often finds herself getting ready in some strange places.

She said: “I love having my make-up done. But it’s not always so glamorous. I got ready for the Europe Music Awards (EMAs) on the plane! I’d flown in from America and connected straight onto another flight for Berlin. We had to wash my hair with two of us crammed in the tiny toilet cubicle. I don’t think the air hostess was very impressed!”
