Ruth Langsford: I am a rubbish bride-to-be

TV presenter Ruth Langsford has admitted that many of the preparations for her wedding have yet to be made – despite the big day being just two months away.

The star will tie the knot with fiancé Eamonn Holmes in the summer, but has not yet decided what she wants to wear for the occasion.

Speaking to The Mirror, Langsford confessed: “I’m a really rubbish bride-to-be. I’ve never been to a wedding fair in my life, even though I have to plan a wedding myself. It just doesn’t interest me.”

She continued: “Every so often people ask if I’ve done this or that and I’m like, ‘No!’

“My bridesmaids keep emailing me and saying ‘Are we not supposed to be doing something?’ I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, your dresses’ – I am pretty pathetic. I’m really looking forward to it but I’m just not very good at it and forget to do things.”

Langsford and Holmes have been together for 13 years. The couple live in Surrey with their son Jack, aged 8.
