Vivica Fox and Willow Smith to Appear on “True Jackson, VP”

Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith’s daughter Willow Smith has just been announced to appear on the Nickelodeon series, “True Jackson, VP”. Willow joins Vivica Fox and John Cena on the April 3 episode of Keke Palmer’s hit sitcom called “Pajama Party”.

In it, the show’s star, True (played by Palmer), has a friend crash her slumber party. Fox plays True’s mother & Smith plays young True.

Cena appears on the episode playing himself.

Earlier this year, Palmer, who has starred in the movies “Akeela and the Bee” and “The Longshots”, took home her third “NAACP Image Award” this year for Outstanding Performance in a Youth/Children’s Program for her starring role on “True Jackson, VP”.

True Jackson, VP is an American television series aimed at teenagers, which premiered on November 8, 2008 & is currently being aired on Nickelodeon. The theme song is written by Toby Gad and Keke Palmer and performed by Keke Palmer. The show premiered following the iCarly TV movie iGo to Japan. This show also premiered on YTV on March 5, 2009 and after shows every Thursday, but recently changed to Friday to accommodate with iCarly & Big Fun Fridays. Then, the show moved again to Mondays at 6:30pm. The show’s second season premiered on November 14, 2009. The series is shot in front of a live studio audience, which is mentioned at the start of each episode.

The pilot episode garnered 4.8 million viewers on its first airing and set network records among kids 6-11, adolescents 9-14 & several other demos. The show premiered on Nickelodeon UK on May 25, 2009 and on Nickelodeon Latin America on August 3, 2009.

The series stars Keke Palmer, Matt Shively, Ashley Argota, Danielle Bisutti, Greg Proops, Ron Butler and Robbie Amell.
