Nina Agdal works out every day

OHMYGOSSIP — Nina Agdal works out for at least 45 minutes every day.
The 24-year-old model is no stranger to stripping down and flashing the flesh in a string bikini but she has admitted her incredible body doesn’t come easy as she has to make sure she works up a sweat seven times a week all year round.
Speaking to E! News, she said: “I definitely love being active. I’ve always been very active and played sports growing up. Now, I try to workout at least once a day.
“It helps me mentally. It gets my brain working, controls my stress levels and it’s just good for me and my body. I make it a priority to get at least 45 minutes in a day, whether it’s going for a run, playing a sport, going for a bike ride or a class.”
However, the brunette beauty – who is dating Leonardo DiCaprio – doesn’t mind slipping into her gym gear as she’s “obsessed” with several types of exercises.
She explained: “I’m always obsessed with workouts, but I switch it up. I’m really into boxing–I have personal boxing trainer in New York. I do a lot of SoulCycle, SLT, Barry’s Bootcamp, Tone House, Y7 Yoga–I’m kind of all over the place. I’ve been traveling a lot, so it’s been a lot of beach bootcamps, too. Basically it’ me and whoever wants to join me (if anyone) just putting on some tunes and doing some squats, sprints and lunges. Besides, tanning at the same time in a bikini is kind of awesome.”
