Padma Lakshmi asks for privacy as father of baby revealed

Padma Lakshmi is asking for peace and privacy after the revelation that her baby’s father is venture capitalist Adam Dell. She had been able to keep the identity of the father under wraps until now, but his cover was officially blown after he made a play for more time with their one-month old daughter Krishna, TvShark mediates.

A.Dell, who is the younger brother of billionaire computer maker Michael Dell, had been rumored as the baby ‘s father even before Lakshmi gave birth last month.nBut we finally have confirmation now that the venture capitalist is trying to work out visitation rights with Lakshmi. It’s believed Dell, who splits his time between Austin and New York, grew unhappy with their current arrangement.

“It’s all in negotiations,” says a source close to the couple. “They are trying to work it out and trying to avoid anything messy.”

“They had an on-and-off minimal relationship that ended many many months ago. She ‘s juggling all of this with motherhood & preparing to go back to work and it’s a lot to handle.”
