Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has supposedly turned to Victoria Beckham for advice ahead of her move to LA

OHMYGOSSIP – Cheryl Fernandez-Versini ‘asks Victoria Beckham for advice’. The former Girls Aloud singer stunned fans recently when she quit The X Factor U.K. and announced she was moving to Los Angeles to concentrate on her music career.

As Cheryl, who’s dating One Direction star Liam Payne, prepares for her stateside adventure, she reportedly met up with famous pal Victoria at her Beverly Hills home for advice on how to deal with the “haters” and settling into L.A life.

“Cheryl got in touch and they finally managed to meet up when Victoria was in L.A. Vic gave her advice on how to cope with the haters now she’s with Liam,” an insider told Heat Magazine.

“After all, Victoria knows what it’s like being with a guy every woman wants. She also spoke to Cheryl about splitting her time between L.A and London and the best spots to work out and move around without being spotted by the paps.”

Victoria, the insider claims, plans to introduce Cheryl to her network in the area and help with her ambition to start her own fashion line.

But her music career isn’t the only motivation behind her sudden move. Cheryl, 32, is reportedly so keen for things to work between herself and the 22-year-old One Direction singer, after the failure of her second marriage, she is set to live with him in the City of Angels and avoid the drama of a long distance relationship.

“Liam will be staying in L.A for a while working on his solo career,” revealed the source. “Cheryl hated the idea of trying to make it work long-distance if she had to return to the U.K. for X Factor auditions.”

As well as two marriages, Cheryl has also previously dated Dancing With the Stars professional dancer and choreographer Derek Hough, and dancer Tre Holloway.

“She’s tried long-distance before and it just led to tears and jealous rows,” the insider explained, adding the singer made it clear to boyfriend Liam she wouldn’t put herself through it again.

In her statement confirming she was leaving The X Factor, Cheryl said: “I’ve missed music and am excited to be recording again.”
