David Beckham ‘spoils’ Victoria on her birthday

OHMYGOSSIP – David Beckham paid sweet tribute to his wife Victoria Beckham by promising to “spoil” her on her 42nd birthday on Sunday (17Apr16). The former soccer stud took to Instagram to publicly share his adoration for his wife of 16 years, posting a black-and-white photo of them together under a sign which reads “Loving you more”.

He then added a touching message to Victoria, writing, “Happy birthday to this beautiful passionate woman….. Have the most amazing day and let us spoil you because you deserve to be spoilt by your husband and our gorgeous children.

“In 42 years you have been able to achieve so much and it feels you are only just starting …. Happy birthday we love you.”

The pop star-turned-fashion designer shared a snap on her own Instagram account of the birthday cards she received from her “babies”, sons Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and daughter Harper, with one note featuring the post script, “You look 19”.

Victoria also posted two video montages – one with shots of her and her friends, and another clip of her silhouette against a tie-dye coloured background set to the Spice Girls’ hit Spice Up Your Life.

She added the caption, “It’s my birthday!!!!! I feel so happy. A beautiful day with my wonderful husband and beautiful babies!!!!”

Later on Sunday, she shared a new photo of her alongside David, showing her gratitude for what turned out to be a successful birthday.

“Thank you to my beautiful husband and babies for making my day so special,” she wrote. “I am so happy!! I (love) u all soooo much!!”
