This Monday Charlie Sheen got his indictment in the initial court hearing in Aspen, Colorado, The Wrap reports.
However, Charlie Sheen decleared himself innocent of both mistreating & threatening his wife Brooke Mueller. Sheen gave a relaxed impression when the accusation was read out & he pleaded not guilty through his lawyer.
Charlie looks forward to this opportunity to clear his name, his spokesman said in a statement. Mueller was not present in court and the trial was set to begin July 21.
Charlie Sheen risks a five-year prison sentence if convicted.
