Kendra Wilkinson: “I was depressed but it wasn´t diagnosed as postpartum depression”

Kendra Wilkinson, the former Girls Next Door star, has revealed that the depression she faced after giving birth wasn´t diagnosed.

She admitted recently that she struggled to cope after welcoming her son Hank in December, but has now clarified that it was never diagnosed as postnatal depression. “I am not going to sit here & say that I had postpartum depression. I was depressed but it wasn´t diagnosed as postpartum depression. But it was depression, I know because I´ve been through therapy my whole life,” she told E! News.

Wilkinson added that she found it so difficult to look in the mirror after giving birth. Wilkinson explained that she is now feeling much better after receiving professional help & moving back to Los Angeles. She is looking forward to befriending other parents.
