Former “Baywatch” star Nicole Eggert didn´t recognise herself

Nicole Eggert (38), who recently completed a stint on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, has reportedly admitted that she didn’t recognise a photograph of herself wearing a bikini after she gained weight, reports People.

The actress, who played Summer Quinn in the show, told that the unflattering image was a “good slap on the head” to motivate her to get healthy again. “I was just hanging out, unaware I was being photographed. It was a good slap on the head for me, I didn’t even recognise myself,” she said.

Eggert went on to say that her initial thought was: “Did they photoshop these, or do I really look like this?” She added: “It´s not until you look at yourself on film where you’re like, ‘Whoa!'”

Eggert revealed that she has now lost 15lbs through healthy eating and exercise. “In the best shape of my life. I’m totally motivated. I feel really proud of myself because I did it the healthy way. And I don’t ever want to go back there again!”
