Prince Harry partied in west London yesterday
OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Harry partied in honour of his late friend Henry van Straubenzee following a memorial service for his former schoolmate last night (04.12.14).
The 30-year-old royal was spotted being escorted out of private member’s club Raffles in London’s Chelsea in the early hours of this morning (05.12.14) after drinking Dom Perignon champagne with pals. An onlooker told MailOnline: “When he came out he looked happy and people helped him to his waiting car.
“The person who is helping him was from the club while the detectives were helping as well. The prince is smiling and he looked very happy and as he had a very good time out with friends.”
Earlier in the day Harry and his brother Prince William, 32, paid tribute to their childhood friend Henry van Straubenzee, who died aged 18 in a car crash 12 years ago, at a memorial and carol service.
The service was held in front of 800 guests – including Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsea Davy – at St. Luke’s and Christ Church and raised money for a memorial fund set up in their friend’s name.
Harry – who was in the same school class as the deceased – entertained the congregation with tales of their childhood escapades, stating an “infectious van Straubenzee laugh could turn a very bad day into a good one”.
