Anna Wintour receives an estimated annual budget of $200,000 for her work wardrobe!

OHMYGOSSIP — The editor-in-chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour receives an estimated £200,000 clothing allowance from Conde Nast, according to The New York Times.

The newspaper also reported that the 64-year-old fashionista has attended over 3,000 fashion shows on behalf of the company.

Since she first started working for the Conde Nast publication, 29 years ago, plenty of changes have taken place and most notable of these changes is perhaps the cover.

The New York Times report shows that during the first five years of her reign, Anna only used celebrities on 13 per cent of covers, compared to 93 per cent of covers featuring celebrities over the last five years

Vogue has featured numerous models and entertainers over the years, but the newspaper believes that ‘Hitch’ actress Amber Valletta is especially favoured by the current editor-in-chief as she’s appeared on the cover seventeen times during Anna’s reign as editor.

Up-and-coming model, Gigi Hadid recently paid tribute to Anna’s first ever Vogue cover, in a photo shoot to celebrate the re-launch of Vogue.com.

The teenager wore an A.L.C Covington jumper to match Michaela Bercu’s bejeweled Christion Lacroix, which she wore on the cover of the November 1988 issue of the magazine.
