Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas lands first movie role
OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas has landed her first movie role in ‘Tulip Fever’, which will also star Dame Judi Dench, Cara Delevingne and Daisy Lowe.
Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend will reportedly star in ‘Tulip Fever’, which is being produced by prolific Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, according to the Evening Standard newspaper.
The film – directed by Justin Chadwick – is set in 17th Century Amsterdam and is based on Deborah Moggach’s best-selling 1999 novel.
Cressida, 25, is expected to play a society girl in the film, which boasts an A-list cast including Dame Judi Dench, Christoph Waltz, Matthew Morrison, Zach Galafianakis and models Cara Delevingne and Daisy Lowe.
A source said: “It’s so clever. They’ve cast actual models like Cara and Daisy to play the artists’ models and for the part of the society lady they’ve cast Prince Harry’s ex.”
Cressida studied drama at Leeds University but only made her acting debut late last month onstage in a play titled ‘There’s a Monster in the Lake’.
The play is being performed in Hay-on-Wye, Wales, until July 19 and focuses on two daughters searching for their father after he disappears from a rehab facility.
