Matt Damon selling home for $20 million
OHMYGOSSIP — Matt Damon is selling his seven-bedroom home in Miami Beach for $20 million.
Matt Damon has put his Miami Beach home on the market for $20 million. The 42-year-old actor and his wife Luciana – who raise four daughters, Alexia, 14, Isabella, six, Gia, four, and two-year-old Stella, together – have listed their seven-bedroom property for $9.7 million more than they paid for it in 2005.
According to the LA Times newspaper the ‘Behind the Candelabra’ star’s mansion boasts a swimming pool, pool house, a courtyard entrance, home cinema, wine cellar, rooftop terrace, boat dock and 10 bathrooms.
There is also a two-bedroom guesthouse on the grounds of the Mediterranean-style estate called Maravilla, which looks out on Biscayne Bay.
Matt and Luciana renewed their wedding vows at a lavish celebration at the Sugar Beach resort in St. Lucia in front of friends including Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Casey Affleck and Don Cheadle on Saturday (13.04.13).
The couple, who wed in 2005, rented out the entire hotel for the weekend’s festivities, which were officiated by Jimmy Kimmel.
A source told People.com: “It was a beautiful and relaxing weekend for guests. Matt and Luci went all out. Guests were flown in to the tropical island via private jets and were treated like royalty. Everyone enjoyed the sun and water activities, including snorkelling and paddle boarding. Guests were also treated to local, gourmet food and drinks.”
