Amanda Seyfried thrilled to be going to Met Ball
OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Seyfried is excited to have been invited to the Met Ball, but can’t decide which of two Givenchy gowns she will wear.
Amanda Seyfried will wear Givenchy to the Met Ball. The ‘Les Miserables’ actress is thrilled to have been invited to next month’s prestigious Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum in New York for the first time, but is still trying to decide between two “awesome” gowns for the fashion spectacular.
She said: “I’m going to the Met Ball for the first time. Finally! [I’m going to wear] Givenchy. I love those people.
“They’re going to let me wear something awesome. I still haven’t chosen between two gowns.
“I’m so excited! I have no idea what to expect and I’m actually OK with that.”
Though she is excited about the event, the 27-year-old beauty admits she is nervous about being in a room full of “fashion people”.
She added to USA Today newspaper: “It’s a really intimidating kind of thing.”
At the Oscars in February, Amanda donned a red Givenchy gown for the ‘Les Miserables’ cast’s ensemble performance and says the dress was her favourite of recent months.
She admitted: “It was actually my favorite dress of the entire awards season.”
