Beyoncé wants to stay busy during pregnancy

Beyoncé is reportedly planing to keep busy during her pregnancy. The singer announced last week that she is expecting her first child, during a performance at the MTV VMAs.

The Mail On Sunday reports that Beyoncé wants to keep her career on track following the success of her latest album 4 and will honour her planned commitments.

“Beyonce wants to stay busy,” a source told the newspaper. “She plans to take part in a Michael Jackson tribute concert in October at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium via satellite link.

“Although she’ll take time off after the birth, she’s committed to her role in Clint Eastwood’s film A Star Is Born, and to launching a perfume next year.”

Previous reports had suggested that Beyoncé’s pregnancy could delay production of A Star Is Born.

Husband Jay-Z is said to be “ecstatic” that his first child is on the way.
