Helena-Reet Ennet teaches her kids to swim
Helena-Reet Ennet (32) thinks it’s important to make sure her kids know how to swim.
The entertainment journalist and Ohmygossip Couture brad developer says she has made a plan her two children — Estella Elisheva, 4, and two-year-old Ivanka Shoshana — are learning to swim.
“I do think it’s a responsibility especially in Los Angeles to teach your kids swimming,” says Helena-Reet.
“We live our lives by the water and if you don’t know how to swim, it’s like not knowing how to cross a road. It’s an incredible survival thing that you really must learn when you’re a child because you don’t see a lot of 30-year-olds learning to swim.”
