Sheryl Crow dating musician Doyle Bramhall

Sheryl Crow has a new boyfriend. The singer — who has previously dated cycling stud Lance Armstrong — debuted her new man, musician Doyle Bramhall, at the Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s spring ball Wednesday night.

The new couple — who have been friends for several years — performed for a packed house, the New York Post reports.

Bramhall is a guitarist and vocalist who has worked with Crow for nearly 10 years. He co-produced her last album, 100 Miles From Memphis, and is currently performing with her on her summer tour with Kid Rock.

Crow has adopted two sons, Wyatt, 3, and Levi James, 1.

She told Parade magazine in 2008 of having kids before marriage, “A family doesn’t always look like girl meets boy, they fall in love, they get married, they have a kid . . . I said, ‘OK, I’m going to let go of what I think things are supposed to look like, because I can’t control anything. When I try to control things, that’s when I keep things from happening.’ “
