Robert Pattinson tired of groupies: I don’t have time for the craziness anymore

Robert Pattinson is tired of his groupies. The hunky British Twilight actor says while he used to enjoy the manic attention of his fans and admirers he now goes out of his way to avoid them.

“Now I very rarely go in the entrances of places which is why it was crazier before,” says R-Patz.

“I don’t have time for the craziness anymore. Before it was kind of fun going through a big crowd when everyone is going crazy.

“It’s an experience but eventually when you’re just literally being rushed everywhere, you just can’t deal with that.”

Pattinson, 24, recently claimed Twilight has ruined his theater dream.

“I love to do theater stuff but right now I couldn’t imagine it being a good experience,” he said.

“I just couldn’t imagine it being anything other than people constantly taking photos and stuff.

“I think it’s too much for me to take. I need to have that separation. It’s like there’s too much energy in an audience.”
