Tori Spelling’s son recovering after fall

Tori Spelling has revealed that she took her son to hospital on Wednesday after a fall. The Tori & Dean star told followers on Twitter that she took 3-year-old Liam to the emergency room after an accident at their home.

“Scary morning. Liam fell off kitchen table rt on back of his head. Strted throwing up. Jst got back frm ER. He’s better. Just hve 2watch him (sic)” she wrote.

The reality star later updated her feed to say: “Liam is feeling better. Thanks for all your well wishes! Xoxo.”

Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are also parents to daughter Stella, who was born in June 2008. They marked their fourth wedding anniversary by renewing their marriage vows at a ceremony last May.
