Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger escape house fire in Pennsylvania
Renee Zellweger and her boyfriend Bradley Cooper had a near miss Sunday night — after the actor’s mother’s house caught on fire.
According to TMZ, the blaze was sparked at the residence in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania while the two stars and Cooper’s mother were at home watching the Golden Globe Awards on TV.
Fire trucks were called to the scene and the blaze was extinguished. No injuries were reported. Cooper’s dad, Charlie, recently passed away after battling a long illness.
Renee recently insisted she doesn’t care that she is yet to start a family. “Motherhood has never been an ambition,” she said. “I never had expectations like, ‘When I’m 19 I’m going to have done this, and by the time I’ve hit 25 I’m going to have done that’. I just take things as they come, each day at a time, and if things happen then all well and good.”
