Katie Price delaying decision for TV

Katie Price has reportedly kept Alex Reid waiting for a decision on their future together in order to create “fireworks” for her TV show.

Reports have claimed that Price is waiting for the right time to announce that she is to split from her husband of 11 months. However, The Mirror claims that footage of a “bewildered” Reid is being captured for Price’s first reality show for Living.

“Katie holds all the cards and will decide when the marriage is over,” a source told the paper. “She and Alex have been dead and buried for weeks, but she didn’t want them to split up before Christmas for the sake of the kids. The original plan was to announce the separation within days of their one-year anniversary, which got put forward when Kate could no longer bear her husband.

“But after signing a new reality TV deal with Living and Virgin Media, she’s determined to give the viewers what they want – fireworks. By dragging out the marriage for a few more days, the crew have told her they’ll get brilliant footage, mainly of Alex bewildered and in tears.”

Reid apparently turned up at the house he shares with Price yesterday, only to find that his wife had gone away for a few days.

“She decided yesterday to make a last-minute visit to Birmingham to see a sick fan, but neglected to tell Alex,” the source added. “He read about it on Twitter.”
