Kelly Osbourne getting a guard dog

Kelly Osbourne’s brother is training a guard dog to protect her. The 25-year-old star — who splits her time between Britain and the US — is planning to move to a new home in Los Angeles next year, but her protective younger sibling Jack, 24, is so worried about her living alone, he has bought her a new pet to take care of her.

“My mum and Jack get nervous because I live alone,” she said. “So Jack has got me a dog that he’ll train for six months to be my little protector. I’ve already got Sid — who thinks he’s much bigger than he is — but let’s face it, he won’t do much other than bark at an intruder!

“The new dog, Blue, is a beautiful blue Doberman — but don’t worry, she’s not being trained as a killer! We just want her to be protective.”

While Kelly is excited about her new guard dog, she revealed she also can’t wait to move in to a bigger house next year.

“My house is nice but I feel like I’ve outgrown it a bit — it’s just a tiny one bedroom with not much space, and it seems like it’s bursting at the seams,” she said.

“The new place has a proper walk-in wardrobe and a spare room. The building has a dog park, tennis courts, swimming pool and gym all under one roof!”
