Gwyneth Paltrow hates the likes of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed why she’s rarely seen in public with her husband — she thinks it’s unnecessary for high profile couples to share their relationship with the rest of the world.

The Iron Man actress — who’s married to and raises two children with Coldplay rocker Chris Martin – doesn’t want to share details of her marriage with people she doesn’t know.

“When I see high-profile relationships now, I think, ‘Oh my God’, even though I’m technically in one,” she said.

“But we sort of don’t do anything public, we try to keep it [as] behind the scenes as possible. Because it just generates more interest… it just undermines the quality of your life.

“It’s just unnecessary to be a public couple, and to have your couple-dom, or whatever, be its own entity. It doesn’t make sense to have that in the public world.”

Patlrow recently admitted she suffered “bleeding” and “cramping” to her hands while learning how to play the guitar for her new movie Country Strong — in which she plays an alcoholic country music star opposite Tim McGraw as her husband.

“I played all the time, and my hands were bleeding and cramping. It sucked,” she said.

“I cried, like, five times at various points over the four months. It’s really f**king hard. It’s much harder than it looks. But at the same time, it was kind of exhilarating to be learning chords and putting them together.”
