Hulk Hogan has been hospitalized with severe back pain

In a video posted to his Twitter account, the former fighter confirmed that he suffered “a major spasm from my hip all the way up the middle of my back,” adding that it “just totally overwhelmed me.”

Hogan said his trip to the ER wasn’t surgery-related, and was hopeful that the physicians could “give me something to calm this down.”

Hogan — who has undergone several back surgeries throughout the years. — added that he had a “bunch of tests” lined up for the day, but his back is “feeling pretty good” — at the very least, “better than yesterday.”

He also says that when he gets back on his feet, he’s going to “get real dangerous.”

In December, Hogan became engaged to Jennifer McDaniel — his girlfriend of over two years.

The Hulkster– who was married to wife Linda Bollea for 24-years — recently revealed how he thought about killing himself when his marriage ended.

“There were times when I thought that a whole bottle of pills would go down easy,” he said in his autobiography, My Life Outside the Ring.

“Then I noticed the gun in my hand. I was careless with it… I kept my finger pressed right to that trigger… and if I moved that finger an inch in the right direction I would have blown my brains out.”
