Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to divorce “Quickly”

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt want to settle their divorce “as quickly as possible”. According to TMZ, Montag has served Pratt with papers to end their marriage.

Spencer received and signed the divorce documents last week, which means the divorce can become final exactly six months from now.

“Both Heidi and Spencer are in agreement to settle their divorce as quickly as possible without the need of a court appearance,” said Heidi’s lawyer, Jodeane Farrell.

Heidi recently admitted she was heartbroken about the divorce.

“This has been a heartbreaking experience to go through, and it’s not that I don’t love Spencer, we just want different things in life,” she said earlier this month.

“We’ve been together almost five years — there are assets to divide, work to be discussed, and we share our puppies.”

Spencer recently spent over $7,000 on strippers at 4 Play Gentleman’s Club in Los Angeles.
