Robert Pattinson’s explosive work
Robert Pattinson keeps working to stop himself from “exploding”. The ‘Twilight Saga’ actor – who is currently filming circus-based drama ‘Water for Elephants’ with Reese Witherspoon and Christoph Waltz – admits winning the Global Superstar Award and the MTV Movie Awards is “crazy”, but confirms he is thankful for his newfound fame.
He told MTV News: “It’s crazy. I should have done a more coherent speech for the Global thing because, I mean, it’s just so ridiculous. I still haven’t any idea of what’s going on. I just kinda keep working to sort of not explode.
“No, I’m just really incredibly appreciative of every little piece that’s come together so I can be living this ridiculous life.”
The 24-year-old star has been working on a number of films in recent months, including ‘Bel Ami’ with Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci and western drama ‘Unbound Captives’ with Rachel Weisz and Hugh Jackman, which is currently in pre-production.
His work schedule means he will be unable to attend the premiere of ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ – the third movie in the vampire franchise – in London next month
