Chris Brown to read to children in school
Chris Brown is still trying to do some image damage control after his attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna, and his latest project includes reading to children for the annual “Family Read Night”, reports Hollyscoop.
Brown has been invited to read to students at the Sisulu-Walker Charter School in New York for the annual statewide event. Principal Dawn Cejas said: “I extended an invitation to all celebrities and politicians, and we had an acceptance by him.”
So how do parents feel about Brown coming to their children’s school? Olubunmi Sonubi, a mother of one of the students at the school, said she was prepared to give him a second chance.
She told the New York Daily News newspaper: “He can come even though he was arrested. He’s coming to read to the children. He apologized on TV. Sometimes in real life we make mistakes.”
He is already made a public apology for his attack and is said to be doing really well with community service, but will you ever forgive him for what he did to Rihanna? Tell us your thoughts!
