Josie Gibson is in ‘awe’ of the NHS after spending a night in hospital

OHMYGOSSIP — Josie Gibson is in “awe” of the NHS after spending a night in hospital.
The 37-year-old TV presenter – who is mother to three-year-old Reggie James with her ex-boyfriend Terry – had to take her son to the hospital to have metal wires put in his arm following a break – and thinks it is “amazing” that medical staff are able to keep going in a “crumbled system.”
She said: “I just spent a night in the hospital and I was just in awe of their 12-hour shifts. They were so short-staffed in theatre that Reggie’s surgeon – he’s just had to have metal wires in his arm – couldn’t have a lunch break. And I just think credit to them, how amazing to keep doing your job when you’ve got all this in a crumbled system. We need to fix it for them, it’s not fair on them.”
The ‘Big Brother’ winner went on to assure viewers that Reggie – who had broken a bone in his arm while playing at home – was “doing fine now” and said she “would have paid” for the surgert.
Speaking on ITV’s ‘This Morning’, on Monday, she added: “He’s really, really good and I can’t thank everybody in the NHS enough. would have paid anything for his treatment if necessary.”
On Sunday (25.07.22), Josie took to Instagram to share an image of her son’s X-Ray with the song ‘Bad Day’ by Daniel Powter playing in the background and thanked the NHS for putting her “little prince” back together after he had inured himself on the trampoline ladder.
She wrote: “You’ve put my little prince back together again. Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of the trampoline ladder.”
