Georgia May Jagger inherited amazing jewellery from mother
OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia May Jagger has revealed her favourite accessory is a collection of “amazing” Chanel jewellery which she inherited from her mother, supermodel Jerry Hall.
The 22-year-old beauty – who is the daughter of Rolling Stones rocker Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall – has revealed her most prized possession is the selection of Chanel pieces that were gifted to her by her supermodel mum as she was growing up.
She told Grazia magazine: “I’m pretty lucky – I have got some incredible pieces. I inherited my mum’s Chanel jewellery, so that’s pretty amazing.”
However, when adhering to her modelling commitments all over the world, Georgia makes sure she leaves the pricey items at home.
She said: “Most of my jewellery I leave at home because I travel so much and I’m always scared that I’m going to lose things.
“I always take a few rings with me, a couple of necklaces and then some earrings and then a statement piece, which will go with everything. I do believe you should wear your jewellery as often as possible though.”
Georgia – who is the face of jewellery label Thomas Sabo – also revealed plans to get more piercings in her ears as she “loves the way it looks”.
She said: “I want to get more piercings so I can wear more studs in my ears – I’ve only got three at the moment but I love the way it looks.”
The London-born model then shared her top tips for staying on trend over the festive period.
She said: “I think you should always go for colour at Christmas and that means keeping your jewellery more simple and choosing white stones. But I do also think gold and emerald green are great over the Christmas period – I mean it’s good to keep with the theme right?”
