Rochelle Humes shops for daughter more

OHMYGOSSIP — Rochelle Humes would rather splash out on new clothes for her daughter Alaia-Mai, 18 months, than herself.

The Saturdays singer loves exploring independent retail outlets but admits she is more likely to come home with garments for 18-month-old Alaia-Mai – her child with husband Marvin Humes – than to put in her own wardrobe.

She said: “I love little boutiques, they always have great cute things you’ve never seen before. I shop for [Alaia-Mai] more than I shop for myself.”

The 25-year-old beauty is back in shape after having her daughter, but insists she took it easy after giving birth and allowed her body to naturally lose weight.

She said: “It’s important not to stress out about it. You think that as soon as you’ve had the baby you need to go back to normal straight away, but my mum says it takes nine months to make a baby so it will take at least nine months to lose the weight. Take every day as it comes and make sure you feel comfortable, as your body does change.”

Despite always looking glamorous, the ‘Up’ hitmaker insists she doesn’t take too long getting ready.

She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “I tend to wash my hair twice a week so my hair is always ready. Then make-up on top of that – I’d say about an hour.”
