Paris Hilton has dismissed her lawsuit against the shoe company Antebi Footwear Group
OHMYGOSSIP — Reality star and singer, Paris Hilton has “voluntarily dismissed” her lawsuit against the Antebi Footwear Group after a dispute over unpaid royalties.
Paris first sued the footwear brand in April, for $1 million – accusing Antebi of not paying her enough royalties for the Paris Hilton Footwear collection.
The company then launched a $2 million breach-of-contract suit against Paris as they alleged that the socialite had been promoting a rival shoe brand.
According to the New York Daily News, both parties have decided to “voluntarily dismiss” their case, after lawyers for both sides filed joint papers in Manhattan Federal Court.
The 33-year-old starlet’s lawyer, Michael Weinsten, told the newspaper the cases were “resolved amicably” but did not confirm if either side received monetary compensation.
Paris is also the face and designer of 15 successful perfumes in collaboration with Parlux, with her most recent scent, named, ‘Dazzle’ being released last year.
Women’s Wear Daily has previously estimated that the businesswoman has earned over $1.5 billion from fragrance sales since 2004.
