Mille Mackintosh thinks Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge needs a makeover
OHMYGOSSIP — Millie Mackintosh has revealed that although she thinks women should be more supportive of each other’s appearances, she wants to give the Duchess of Cambridge a makeover.
The former ‘Made In Chelsea’ star – who is married to rapper Professor Green – has revealed she thinks the 32-year-old Royal needs to update her image in order to make her look “less middle-aged”.
She said: “As a trained make-up artist and fashion designer I would love to give the Duchess of Cambridge a makeover. I think Kate wears too much eyeliner.
“She would look great if she toned down the eyes, wore some bright lipstick and mixed up her hairstyle – a scraped-back pony[tail] would look fantastic.”
The 25-year-old beauty – who is the heiress to Mackintosh’s confectionary – also suggested that Duchess Catherine, who has 13-month-old son Prince George with her husband Prince William, should freshen up her wardrobe as well.
She told the Mail on Sunday’s You magazine: “She’d look great in one of my little wrap dresses as she has such a gorgeous body and I think it would look fun – less middle-aged – and a bit sexier without being too revealing.”
Millie, who is often criticised for her tiny frame, also insisted “women should support each other and be less judgemental”.
She added: “There is so much criticism about women’s body shaped and looks and most of it comes from women themselves.
“Some women are just waiting to hate other women because of their appearance. It is so negative. If we bad-mouth each other it allows, and maybe even encourages, men to do it too.”
