Vanessa Paradis on Johnny Depp’s engagement: She thinks he’s having a mid-life crisis

OHMYGOSSIP — Vanessa Paradis is seething over Johnny Depp‘s engagement to Amber Heard. Vanessa and Johnny were together from 1998 to 2012. They raise a daughter, Lily-Rose Melody Depp (born 1999), and a son, John Christopher “Jack” Depp III (born in 2002).

Johnny, 50, first met Amber on the set of their movie The Rum Diary. They confirmed their relationship in June 2012

“Vanessa thinks Johnny is having some kind of mid-life crisis,” a source revealed.

“Marriage was always off the cards while they were together.. Johnny always said he never wanted to the knot, that marriage was just a meaningless piece of paper.

“So Vanessa is obviously shocked that he’s marrying Amber. Vanessa has convinced herself Amber is just another Hollywood social climber who’s using Johnny to boost her career — and her bank balance.”
