Lily Allen almost had liposuction

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Allen admits she almost went under the knife after giving birth. The singer met with plastic surgeons to discuss having liposuction following the birth of first daughter, Ethel.

Allen says the need for an ideal body is the reason behind the controversial video to comeback single Hard Out Here.

“Nobody’s immune to the pressure to look thin,” Lily said.

Allen says she was advised that she should reshape her entire body – thighs, belly, ankles, knees and back.

“I walked out with lines drawn all over me,” she recalls.

She booked in for the surgery, but cancelled when, four days before it, she discovered she was pregnant again.
