Lea Michele has a ‘new little love’

OHMYGOSSIP — Lea Michele has adopted a new puppy called Pear and says she is her ‘new little love’. The ‘Glee’ actress, whose co-star and boyfriend of one year, Cory Monteith, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada, in July after overdosing on heroin and alcohol, says the pet, Pearl, is the “new little love” in her life.

The 27-year-old star shared a picture of the Pomeranian mix dog on Twitter on Tuesday (15.10.13) with the caption: “Today I would like to introduce you to Pearl. She’s 8 years old and is my new little love… Welcome Pearl!”

She also shared two other pictures of the pooch.

It was recently reported that Lea, who already has two cats named Claude and Sheila, is beginning to slowly move forward after Cory’s death and has been working on a solo album.

She gave fans a sneak peak at the album cover shoot on Sunday (13.10.13) and tweeted: “I’m so excited for u guys to hear my album. It’s so special to me. I’m so grateful for u all. Thank u for giving me so much love & support.”

But the late actor, 31, is never far from her thoughts.
