Geri Halliwell pays for own reality TV show
OHMYGOSSIP — Geri Halliwell has paid thousands of pounds for her own reality TV show about herself and has enlisted the help of a YouTube sensation as she attempts to capture her every move.
The former Spice Girl has spent thousands of pounds for a documentary about herself and has enlisted the help of YouTube comedy sensation Tom Magnus to help capture her every move as she attempts to revive her pop career, while carrying out her duties as a single mother to her seven-year-old daughter Bluebell.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Geri has always wanted her own TV show. He fellow Spices Mel B and Victoria Beckham both had documentaries made about them and it’s something Geri’s been dying to do for years.
“Geri knows what she wants and she’s decided to do it herself. She doesn’t want it to be a serious documentary but more a tongue-in-cheek documentary about being a mum while trying to re-launch her music career.”
Geri believes she and Tom can create a series that will be both funny and informative to viewers and she is hoping one of the major TV channels will choose to pick up the project.
The 41-year-old star is set to release her new single ‘Half Of Me’ later this month in Australia and is hopeful the accompanying footage will be picked up by major UK channels.
The source explained: “She is really excited about this new project and if she can pull it off, it’s another dream fulfilled.”
