David Arquette’s girlfriend is the love of his life

OHMYGOSSIP — David Arquette says his girlfriend of two years Christina McLarty is the love of his life and she always has his back. The 42-year-old actor, who split from ‘Friends’ star Courteney Cox in 2010 after 11 years of marriage, says the ‘Entertainment Tonight’ reporter is an amazing girlfriend.

David told Andy Cohen’s ‘Watch What Happens Live’ on Tuesday night (01.10.13): “I’m dating an amazing girl named Christina McLarty. I’m madly in love with her and she’s the love of my life. Absolutely.”

When Andy replied: “Wow, she’s the love of your life?”, David added: “Absolutely. She’s my girl. She’s got my back.”

The couple have been dating for two years but split briefly in March 2012 and last June.

David admitted that he had fallen off the wagon and was drinking again shortly after they broke-up over the summer but it now appears their relationship is back on track.

The ‘Scream’ star told ABC News on Tuesday (02.10.13) that he is still very close to his ex-wife, with whom he shares a daughter, Coco, nine.

The ‘Jake and the Never Land Pirates’ star said: “It really was a goal of ours to not make it a fight, to really support each other and although we’d grown apart to stay connected, to stay friends, to still love each other. I still obviously feel so blessed that I met her and that we have a child together and that she’s in my life. She’s still one of my closest, greatest friends.”
