Kate Middleton: Baby pictures won’t be sold to magazines

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William won’t be selling pictures of their baby! The British Royals welcomed their first child, a boy, earlier today. The baby’s name is yet to be revealed. But don’t expect the pair to reveal their prized new born in a big magazine spread.

An official Royal Photographer will take the first pictures of the future monarch, and the snaps will be distributed by the palace, sources say.

“Kate and William have been approached by several magazines about selling the first pictures of their baby,” said one insider. “It would be a HUGE scoop for any publication. But they won’t do it. Instead, an official Royal Photographer will take the first pictures and the palace will distribute them accordingly.”

Meanwhile, Kate won’t be alone with her baby!

According to a new report, Prince William will take leave from his role as a Royal Air Force Search and Rescue pilot so he can spend some quality time with his wife and new baby .

“The Duke plans to take the statutory two weeks paternity leave from the Ministry of Defence when his child is born,” a source said.

Meanwhile, sources said Kate was “nervous” about giving birth.

“She’s full of energy and really rather used to the bump!” a source previously told Us Weekly.

“Naturally she is a little nervous about the big day, what new mum wouldn’t be? She’s still busy, making sure she’s done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born. Once the baby is here, she won’t have time for anything else!”
