Sarah Jessica Parker gets ‘incomparable gifts’ from son
OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Jessica Parker claims she receives ‘incomparable gifts’ from her 10-year-old son James Wilkie because he writes her very personal notes.
Sarah Jessica Parker’s 10-year-old son James Wilkie gives her “incomparable gifts”. The 47-year-old ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’ actress – who also shares three-year-old twins Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta with her husband Matthew Broderick, 51 – always looks forward to receiving sweet notes and personalised presents from her children in the post when she is away working.
She told UsMagazine.com: “First of all, any note that James Wilkie writes me is an incomparable gift. He writes such lovely, sweet, touching notes that are sometimes quite funny and my daughters draw me pictures all the time, and if I’m away, they mail me wonderful, wonderful pictures of themselves, self portraits.
“Loretta just drew a beautiful, long beaded necklace that she sent me in the mail that she hopes to have one day.”
The former ‘Sex and the City’ star admitted that her children have no interest in following in her and Matthew’s footsteps in Hollywood because their daughters are “very into ballet” and James is “into WWE”.
Sarah is hoping to enjoy a low-key celebration with her family next month for Mother’s Day in the US, which takes place on May 12.
She said: “I’m hoping I don’t have to go someplace to work and fly that day. My husband is extremely good about acknowledging that day. We don’t have a celebration, but there’s always food that I like, which is all that matters to me.”
