Amanda Holden ‘annoys’ daughters by ‘always’ being naked at home

OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Holden’s daughters get “annoyed” by her “always” being naked at home.
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge admitted she often irritates 14-year-old Lexie and eight-year-old Hollie – who she shares with husband Chris Hughes – when she sheds her clothes in the house and carries on as normal, and it’s particularly embarrassing for the teenager when her mum wanders in nude when the youngster is making video calls.
She told Stella magazine: “What really annoys them is that I’m naked at home.
“Last night I went to say goodnight to Lexie wearing only my shower cap and she screamed, ‘Mum! I’m on FaceTime! Why do you always have to be naked?’ ”
But Amanda hopes her daughters develop her confidence in their own bodies.
She said: “It’s so hard for girls now, and if Lexie ever starts a sentence with, ‘Do you think I look f…’, I cut her off with, ‘Do not even say that word in my house.’ ”
The 49-year-old star has attracted a number of viewer complaints over her skimpy ‘BGT’ outfits – more than 200 over the navy Celia Kritharioti gown she wore during last month’s semi-finals – even though producers insist on “t** testing” her dresses before she goes on camera.
But Amanda doesn’t care as she enjoys being “shocking”.
She said: “The producers had to start doing a ‘t** test’ before the show – and, by the way, they absolutely put that blue dress through. But you know,  I like to be a little bit shocking.”
The ‘Over the Rainbow’ singer joked she felt insulted that many of last month’s complainants objected to being able to see her nipples.
She said: “I was really quite insulted! I mean they would have had to be either in the middle of my cleavage, or the size of saucepans – which they’re not.”
