Kate Middleton takes up yoga

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Middleton wants to stay as healthy as possible during her pregnancy. The Duchess of Cambridge — who’s expecting her first child with husband Prince William — has altered her typical workout routine of strenuous cardio for something a bit easier on the baby.

“Kate has a yoga instructor visit her at the palace,” a source said, adding that she still goes for long walks a handful of times a week “Just to increase her heart rate a little.

“She’s been reading as much as possible, from how to be a good parent to how to stay healthy for the baby.”

Kate has reportedly receiving deliveries from Amazon on a daily basis.

“It’s probably her favorite shop in the world,” the source adds. “She buys a lot! She’s got sugar on the brain. Chocolates, biscuits, cake.” When she sneaks off to a nearby Starbucks for a decaf coffee, she’ll often pick up a baked good!”

Meanwhile, Kate has been giving Prince Harry advice on his love life because he’s terrified he’ll screw up his romance with new girlfriend Cressida Bonas.

“Harry’s so head-over-heels in love with Cressida that, with Prince William’s approval, he’s enlisted Kate’s help to make sure he doesn’t sabotage the relationship,” a source said.

“Harry told Kate he totally respects her opinion and guidance, and he’s relying on her advice because Cressida is the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with!

“Kate, who wants nothing more than to see her rowdy brother-in-law finally settle down, sat with Harry and counseled him on the do’s and don’ts of building a great relationship. She’s told him: Don’t drink too much – and none of your filthy jokes! Be attentive; never talk about ex-girlfriends – and don’t put yourself in any more situations that are embarrassing to you and everyone around you!

“It’s obvious Cressida has won his heart – so we’re all hoping that he doesn’t mess things up. Even William’s amazed at his brother’s newfound maturity in realizing that he’s found the right girl – and desperately wants to do the right thing and make it work.”
