Shona McGarty dumps Matt Lapinskas over Brianne Delcourt

OHMYGOSSIP — Shona ­McGarty has reportedly dumped Matt Lapinskas after becoming jealous of his relationship with Dancing on Ice partner Brianne Delcourt. The EastEnders actress ended their 18-month romance as she felt they had “drifted apart” since he began competing on the ITV show, the Sunday Mirror reports.

“She couldn’t help feeling a bit jealous that Matt was growing so close to a stunning blonde dancer,” a source said. “They started to see less and less of each other as Matt spent all his time with Brianne. Matt used to be very attentive, but the closer he grew to Brianne the less time he seemed to have for her.

“Shona told him it was over last Thursday and it took him by surprise. It was a very emotional chat and they were both very upset. Since then he and Brianne have been spending even more time together. She got together with his brother Jon to arrange a surprise birthday dinner for him on Wednesday. They had a great time and were inseparable for the entire evening.”
